Join us at OM Sanctuary for a fresh summer series designed to introduce you to the energizing, low-impact world of Barre and Pilates. This 50 minute full-body workout blends the core-focused precision of Pilates with barre-inspired strength training to tone and sculpt and awaken your entire body.
Using small, controlled movements, high reps, and isometric holds, you’ll fire up deep muscles—especially in your core, glutes, legs, and arms. We’ll use tools like the barre, light weights, yoga blocks, pilates balls, and mats to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance posture—all while keeping it kind to your joints.
Perfect for beginners and all fitness levels, this series offers a steady pace, clear instruction, and plenty of modifications in a fun and supportive environment. You'll learn foundational movements, boost your body awareness, and leave each class stronger, more confident, and feeling the summer burn.
To close, each class ends with a few minutes of meditative grounding accompanied by the calming vibrations of a gong, followed by a refreshing towel infused with essential oils to invigorate your senses and leave you feeling rejuvenated..
